Project Manager

Job Description

As Project Manager you are expected to have the right people in the right place at the right time to enable the agency to “move it forward” and produce great creative work – on time, on budget and as efficiently as possible. You have the ability to manage a large multi-faceted project, account, or campaign. You also manage multiple projects at the same time.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and lead small to mid to large scale sized projects in the agency (such as highly-complex websites, broadcast/tv production, software and/or custom applications, etc.)
  • Work with multiple department leaders to determine scope and project requirements
  • Define and continuously manage resource needs, project budgets, project plans and timelines
  • Prioritize project tasks and manage independent deliverables to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget
  • Select, coordinate and manage efforts of outside vendors
  • Assist in solidifying processes and establishing best practices for the agency


  • 3+ years of experience managing projects and coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams; agency experience required
  • Experience working with and communicating project information to mid and senior level stakeholders/clients
  • Experience managing both digital and traditional projects
  • Experience with project management software such as Advantage and Basecamp is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading projects
  • PMP certification a huge plus
